jupyter Notebook Installationsfehler

Question

I jupyter Notebook in ubuntu ersten bis Anakonda und neben der normalen Python Weise wie erwähnt in der Dokumentation unter

http://jupyter.readthedocs.io/en/latest/install.html

Sowohl die Art und Weise installiert ist, ich die gleichen Fehler wie unten
