Ich habe keine Ahnung, was ich brauche, dies zu beheben zu tun. Schließlich wäre ich in der Lage, alle Abhängigkeiten, die ich brauche, in eine requirements.txt Datei zu legen, so dass ich Abhängigkeiten in einem virtualenv installieren kann. In diesem Sinne würde ich eine Lösung bevorzugen, die pip im Gegensatz zu apt-get oder Installation von der Quelle verwendet.

Gibt es einen bestimmten Grund, warum Sie 'Pip' bevorzugen? "apt-get" ist auf Ihr System zugeschnitten und installiert damit die Version, die am besten zu Ihrer Umgebung/Ihrem Betriebssystem passt. – Evert

Ihr System scheint gcc nicht zu haben.

Installieren Build-Tools folgenden Befehl:

apt-get install build-essential python-dev

pip die notwendigen Compiler für Sie nicht installieren.

Wenn Sie einfach numpy wollen, und brauchen nicht durch pip zu gehen, verwenden

sudo apt-get install python-numpy 

und Sie werden auch alle Requisiten bekommen (wie python-dev).

Was ist der springende Punkt, einen Server zu haben (das ist 12.04 Server, wenn ich richtig liege ist LTS): es könnte wegen der Geschwindigkeit veraltet sein von der Entwicklung (von Python, von numpy usw.), aber als ein komplettes System sollte es sehr beständig sein. Das Upgraden von Paketen per Hand funktioniert bis zu einem gewissen Punkt, und dann können die Dinge schnell umfallen. – Evert

Einige dieser Pakete sind möglicherweise nicht erforderlich (keine Zeit im Detail zu überprüfen), sondern in einem Setup-Skript von mir den NumPy Stapel ich die folgenden Ubuntu-Pakete zuerst installieren zu installieren:

- build-essential 
- gfortran 
- libatlas-base-dev 
- libatlas3gf-base 
- python-dev 
- libjpeg-dev 
- libxml2-dev 
- libfreetype6-dev 
- libpng-dev 

Ansonsten könntest du einfach die Anaconda Python-Distribution verwenden, die super funktioniert.

Ich habe fast die gleiche Art von Fehlern, aber löste es mit einer virtuellen Umgebung. Es gibt viele Umgebungen, aber ich persönlich empfehle Ihnen.

Ich konnte die Fehler mit venv leicht loswerden.

Es ist, weil das Laden aller Bibliotheken auf OS mit sudo nicht geeignet ist. Ihr Betriebssystem wird groß und gibt unerwünschte Fehler.
