Jupyter Notebook Fehler

Question

Ich kann das Notebook nicht in meinem Browser ausführen. Es erscheint nicht. Die Konsole gibt mir den folgenden Fehler. Ich habe Anaconda installiert. Jede Hilfe würde sehr geschätzt werden. Dank

es von mir funktioniert, wenn ich versuchte, pyzmq zu deinstallieren und erneut zu installieren pip uninstall pyzmq und Pip pyzmq
