Sie wahrscheinlich .NET Reflector nutzen könnten. Ich weiß nicht, dass es einen XML-Export hat, aber ich sehe nicht, warum du es nicht hinzufügen oder ein Tool selbst schreiben kannst. Es ist ziemlich einfach, über die Attribute zu iterieren und diese Art von Information zu extrahieren.
