Webapp arbeitet vs 2010 in aber nicht vs 2015

Ich habe eine WebApp, die ok funktioniert, wenn ich es ab 2010 laufen, aber nicht mit dieser Meldung, wenn ich 2015 verwenden:

Access is denied.

Die Projektbelastungen in 2015, ohne dass aktualisiert werden. Warum läuft das 2015 nicht?

Bearbeiten: um @Aristos zu beantworten, verwendet es Webformulare, und die URL ist http://my_app:port_here/ (zu einem dynamischen Port), und das Projekt/die Lösung ist eine Webanwendung in VS. Es läuft von 2010 aber nicht ab 2015
