Sie haben die Getter/Setter der PersonalDetails c nicht enthalten Lass, aber Spring sagt, da ist der Fehler.

Stellen Sie sicher, dass diese:

boolean isPresentAddressSame() { ... } 

und

void setPresentAddressSame(boolean value) { ... } 

Ihr Fehler ist wahrscheinlich, dass entweder:

1. Sie verwendet einen Boolean in entweder den Parameter oder Rückgabetyp (Beachten Sie die Hauptstadt B)

2. Sie verwendet getPresentAddressame, die nur für Boolean (Anmerkung Hauptstadt B wieder) statt isPresentAddressSame, die Sie für boolean (kleine B) erlaubt ist, verwendet werden soll.
