kann nicht installiert StrongLoop auf meinem Rechner

ich auf Fenster bin und ich versuche StrongLoop mit Node.js Befehlszeile zu installieren:

npm install -g strongloop und ich bekomme diese Fehlermeldung:

Es gibt Kein Problem mit meiner Netzwerkverbindung. Ich verstehe nicht, was falsch ist.

Es kann auch ein Benutzerberechtigungsfehler sein. Vielleicht benötigen Sie root-Berechtigung oder führen Sie es als Administrator aus.
