Question

Da die Fehlerzustände, ist das Problem mit dem cross-spawn-Modul, das von react-scripts verwendet wird. Das Problem ist nicht wegen util Modul.

Versuchen Sie Folgendes, um die Abhängigkeiten ordnungsgemäß zu aktualisieren und festzustellen, ob es funktioniert.

npm install -g npm@latest (to update npm). 
rm -rf node_modules (to remove the existing modules). 
npm install (to re-install the project dependencies).
