Projekt in Pi 2, Pi 3 mit Windows IOT nicht bereitstellen

Question

Ich habe versucht, mein Projekt in Windows IOT auf Raspberry Pi2/Pi3 mit Visual Studio 2015 Update 3 mit allen SDKs und Tools aktualisiert. Das ist der Fehler, den ich bekomme.

Ich habe alle möglichen Dinge ausprobiert.

1. installiert VS 2015 auf verschiedenen PC und versucht, es zu implementieren gleichen Fehler
2. versucht, Windows SDK alle Versionen.
3. zwei verschiedene SD-Karten Tried und geblitzt sie zweimal
4. Veränderter Netzwerkanschluss
5. Versuchte Probe grundlegende Anwendung, die mit Visual Studio überhaupt

Aber noch kein Glück kommt.
