TypeScript und ExactEqual

Question

Wie kann man am einfachsten prüfen, ob zwei Objekte gleich sind? Ich habe festgestellt, dass es keine Methode gibt ExactEqual()-wie, also frage ich mich, ob ich es manuell tun sollte oder nicht.
