SpaCy urllib.error.URLError während der Installation

Question

ich fange gerade mit SpaCy unter Python an. Leider bin ich schon bei der Installation fest (https://spacy.io/docs/#getting-started).
Nach pip install spacy ich will das Modell mit python -m spacy.en.download und ich folgende Fehlermeldung erhalten, zum Download:

Das Problem wurde durch ein Serverproblem von Spacy verursacht und ist jetzt behoben. (spacy.io/blog/announcement)
