Angular2 Fehler beim Starten des Projekts angezeigt?

Question

Ich weiß nicht, warum dieser Fehler passiert. Mein Projekt lief früher gut und ich habe einige Pakete global (wie gulp und yo generators) außerhalb des Projektverzeichnisses installiert. Wenn ich mein Projekt stoppe und neu starte, wird der Fehler angezeigt. Der Knoten-Server läuft noch, aber wenn ich npm run tsc: -w verwende, wird der Fehler unten im Terminal gegeben.
