UWP BackgroundDownloader friert sogar auf dem PC ein

Question

Ich habe sowohl am PC als auch am Telefon getestet und beide haben den ganzen Prozess eingefroren. Kann jemand das reparieren oder eine gute Alternative dazu?

1. Vergessen, die "AsTask" -Methode beim Starten des Downloads aufzurufen.

2. Kann keine asynchronen Costruktoren haben.
