Ich habe mit netstat geprüft, und es gibt keine Programme meine Ports blockiert. Ich kann das Problem nicht finden. Bitte helfen Sie.

Führen Sie setup_xampp.bat aus dem Ordner xampp aus. Dies sollte das Problem beheben.
