kann nicht auf WAMP-Server zugreifen localhost

Question

Ich bekomme die 404 nicht gefunden Fehler, wenn ich versuche, den lokalen Host von einem anderen Computer zugreifen. genau dieser Fehler erscheint, wenn ich den Link meinem Server die IP-Adresse/localhost in meinem Browser keine

auch die bitnami wamp Stapel zeigt den Anschluss schreiben. von Apache als 81 aber in der Conf-Datei ist der Befehl zu hören 80 (ist das ein Problem?) ich konnte den Computer (mein Handy) vom Server (mein Laptop)
