Jquery Dropdown-Liste gesetzt Id automatisch

ich eine Form haben, die eine Dropdown-Liste hat, die mehrere Felder. Ich möchte, dass ein Kunde das Feld auswählt, das in einem Formular angezeigt werden soll. Und die restlichen Felder sollten aus dem Formular ausgeblendet werden.

Das Problem ist, ich weiß nicht, wie Id für jedes Feld zu setzen. Ich muss nur die Felder anzeigen, die in dropdown.can jemand plz mir geholfen hat. Danke im Voraus!!
