Nein. 127.0.0.1 ist eine Localhost-Loop-IP. Sie können mit dieser IP-Adresse keine E-Mails senden. Ihr Hostname muss auflösbar sein. Es sollte auf eine öffentliche IP hinweisen. Das ist was mit voll qualifizierten Domainnamen gemeint ist. –
