Ab PHP Version 5.3 ist die Erweiterung intl mit PHP gebündelt. Also, was Sie so müssen, ist nur ermöglichen die Erweiterung für das

• öffnen Sie Ihre Datei php.ini
• finden; extension = php_intl.dll
• den Kommentar entfernen;

Das ist alles, starten Sie die Magento2-Installation neu und haben Sie Spaß.
