Ich hatte ähnliches Problem. In meinem Fall war das Problem der Name der verpassten Anwendung in der Google Konsole.

Öffnen Sie console navigieren Sie zu Ihrem Projekt und wählen Sie "Consent screen". Füllen Sie das Feld "PRODUKTNAME" aus und speichern Sie es.
