In Authorization & Capture-Prozess, wenn Paypal die Kommission berechnen?

I Dokumentation über Zulassung und Capture-Prozess gelesen habe, habe ich etwas ähnliches, Fall 1:

1-Your buyer orders a camera from your website. 
2-Your buyer enters payment information and authorizes payment. 
3-Send your buyer to PayPal using a hosted flow, specifying the variable paymentaction=authorization 
4-PayPal initiates the authorization. 
5-On day 29, you ship the camera and capture funds. 

Aber etwas Ähnliches passieren kann, Fall 2:

1-Your buyer orders a camera from your website. 
2-Your buyer enters payment information and authorizes payment. 
3-Send your buyer to PayPal using a hosted flow, specifying the variable paymentaction=authorization 
4-PayPal initiates the authorization. 
5-On day 25 due some reasons (customer had cancel his reservation for example) i void authorization. 

Wenn Gebühr paypal seine Kommission in Fall 1 und Fall 2? Wenn ich eine Autorisierung für einen Kunden annulliere, ohne dass er Geld eingezogen hat, belastet paypal trotzdem seine Provision in der Transaktion?

Die Transaktionsgebühr sollte auf dem Capture sein, da PayPal dann den Betrag weiß, der tatsächlich von einer Person in eine andere verschoben wird. Soweit ich weiß, gibt es keine Gebühr für die Aufhebung einer Genehmigung, da tatsächlich kein Geld überwiesen wurde.
