(400) Bad Request in PayPalAPISoapBindingStub.transactionSearch

Question

Nach einer SSLHandshakeException mit der paypal SOAP API (Transaction) verwendet wird, habe ich paypal_base.jar auf die Version von paypal in den folgenden Link angegeben aktualisiert:
