NPM installieren und npm run dev geben Fehler

Ich habe das Paket npm i vue-admin-paper-dashboard installiert.
Und danach, wenn ich

HINWEIS: habe ich installiert Cross-Env-Paket global.

EDIT:
habe ich versucht, das Projekt Klonen: LINK, und dann laufen npm install noch bin ich immer gleichen Fehler.
