In Ihrer Linker-Option: fügen Sie -llibopencv_feature2d2410.lib, -llibopencv_objdetect2410.lib entsprechend dem Namen Ihrer opencv Version hinzu.

Auch Pfad lib scheint nicht ok:

"-LC:\\Development\\opencv\\MINGW\\x86\\bin""-LC:\\Development\\opencv\\MINGW\\x86\\lib"
