Android SDK kann keine XML und ArrayIndexOutOfBounds Exception im Projektlauf

Ich habe zwei Probleme mit Android SDK. Die erste ist, dass nach der Installation von SDK-Manager kann ich nicht neue Plattform, Tools, sysimage etc online installieren es gibt folgenden Fehler:

Ich bin mit DSL für Internet und keine Proxy Internet verbinden mit. Um dieses Problem zu beheben, habe ich auch Proxy-Server versucht, aber alles vergebens.

Also habe ich alle Updates offline installiert APD v2 half mir beim Herunterladen.

Ich habe sowohl Eclipse und Netbeans für dev.Alles gut funktioniert, bis ich versuchte, ein neues Projekt und sogar Beispielprojekt auszuführen.

Lösung für Ihr erstes Problem ist einfach: Zeile -1: -1, es zeigt Ihre Sprache für Windows os ist auf Hindi (IN_HI) eingestellt. Gehe zu Systemsteuerung Bereich & Sprachoption Sprache für alle Formate in Englisch ändern. Starten Sie den Computer neu & holen Sie XML.
