Fehler mit android.support.v4-Bibliothek

Question

Ich versuche, das Android Skype SDK sample code in meinem Projekt zu verwenden, und ich bekomme viele Fehler sagen android.support.v4 not found.
Die android-support-v4.jar Datei ist bereits in meinem libs Ordner.
Ich habe andere Artikel verfolgt und versucht, wieder zu entfernen und hinzuzufügen, aber keinen Erfolg. Kann mir bitte jemand helfen?
