Fehler beim Pandas mit pip macos Installation

Ich erhalte eine Fehlermeldung, wenn ich versuche Pandas auf dem Mac-Terminal installieren von

pip

pip install pandas 

ich viele Lösungen ausprobiert haben, aber es hat nicht funktioniert, ich habe versuchte auch, python und pip neu zu installieren.
