Inhalt nowrap und position fixed footer

Question

Ich habe eine HTML-Seite mit einer festen Fußzeile div. Es sollte horizontal zentriert und am Ende der Seite sein. Mein Code funktioniert einwandfrei, wenn auf der Seite nicht viel Text vorhanden ist. Wenn mehr Text vorhanden ist und das feste Fußzeilen-DIV aus dem Bildschirm verschwindet, verschwindet es. Ich weiß nicht, warum das passiert.
