in meinem Fall gelöst ich das Problem zu löschen Konfigurationsordner von Appcelerator Studio, in Mac OS einen versteckten Ordner im persönlichen Profil (~./Appcelerator). Beste Grüße.

Für mich endete ich mit den gleichen Problemen, als ich Appcelerator CLI auf 6.2.3 in Mac OS aktualisiert. Was ich getan habe, ist, dass ich das Knotenmodul spawn-sync für appcelerator manuell installiert habe. Bitte beachten Sie, dass es sich nicht um eine globale Installation handelt.
