Das ist einfach ein Problem Module der Vermischung. Verwenden Sie für numplige Arrays np.sqrt anstelle von math.sqrt (das funktioniert nur für einzelne Werte, nicht für Arrays).

Ihre letzte Zeile sollte also lauten:

loadings = pca.components_.T * np.sqrt(pca.explained_variance_)
