ich IGRAPH für Python 2.7.12 von Anaconda installiert werden soll 4.1.1 Ich habe Fedora 24. Wie vorgeschlagen (https://anaconda.org/pypi/python-igraph) habe ich diese Befehlszeile:

Allerdings, wenn ich überprüfen, ob ich gcc habe ich bekommen:

Von der IGRAPH Webseite sagt:

wenn der C-Kern nicht installiert oder an einem Ort installiert, dass kann nicht mit pkg-config erkannt werden, wird pip versuchen, eine passende Version des C-Kerns herunterzuladen und zusammen mit der Python-Schnittstelle zu kompilieren.

Also ich denke, Pip versucht, den C-Core herunterladen, konnte aber nicht/hat nicht funktioniert.

Wie kann ich Python-igraph richtig installieren?

Installieren g ++: # dnf install gcc-c++

Die IGRAPH Bibliotheken, igraph_attributes.h, etc. etc. Header .h: # dnf install igraph-devel (Sie erhalten die Version 0.7.1).

Die Python-Dateien:

# pip install --upgrade pip 
# pip install igraph
