Linux: Wie installiere ich kopflos eine alte Version von VLC?

Question

Ich muss eine alte Version von VLC von der Befehlszeile installieren (kann keinen Browser verwenden, um etwas herunterzuladen). Ich weiß, es klingt komisch, aber die spezielle Version von VLC spielt keine Rolle, solange sie nicht auf dem neuesten Stand ist.

auf Anregung Basierend unten habe ich versucht, das Herunterladen und die .deb-Datei zu installieren, aber wenn ich nach der Installation lief „get apt-install -f“ wurde VLC auf die neueste Version automatisch aktualisiert.

Ich versuchte es noch einmal und lege einen Einfluß auf VLC (sudo apt-Marke halten vlc), aber das verursacht "apt-get install" zum Scheitern verurteilt:
