Also habe ich versucht pip3 install MySQL-python laufen und ich habe diese Fehlermeldungen

MySQL-python ist nur so gut wie der MySQL-Connector installiert für Python 2. Für Python 3 benötigen Sie mysqlclient, mysql-connector oder PyMySQL.
